Kaori Rin Imai

Helping people break into leadership

  • 🇯🇵 Kawasaki, Kanagawa, Japan
  • Kawasaki Mentoring Circle
  • Since 1991
  • Japanese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,510 people through Kawasaki Mentoring Circle. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
