I've coached athletics at Hope Athletic Club since 1992. Most of my players were between 12 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I walk the dog by the river.
More about Kanokwan
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Kanokwan: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
