Kannan M. Prabhu

Self-taught woodcarving artist

  • 🇮🇳 Rohini, Delhi, India
  • Little Phoenix Pottery
  • Since 2016
  • English, Spanish
I work mostly in woodcarving, sometimes jewelry. My first show was in 2016 at Little Phoenix Pottery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog. Most of my work is inspired by markets and street scenes. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.

More about Kannan

If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.

What gifts mean to Kannan: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
