Kana Takada
Master of welding, now teaching apprentices
- 🇯🇵 Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan
- Old Tokyo Works
- Since 2001
- Japanese
My trade is welding. I opened my own shop in 2001 in Tokyo and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I never rush a conversation.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Kana: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
