Kamil Paweł Tomaszewski
Design mentor, Poznań
- 🇵🇱 Poznań, Greater Poland, Poland
- Starlight Mentoring Circle
- 1983 to 1999
- Polish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 610 people through Starlight Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
