Kamau Kioko Kessy
Painter, potter and teacher at Harmony Art Collective
- 🇰🇪 Nairobi, Nairobi, Kenya
- Harmony Art Collective
- 1998 to 2021
- English
I work mostly in sculpture, sometimes textiles. My first show was in 1998 at Harmony Art Collective, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I also teach a weekly class at Harmony Art Collective, which keeps me honest.
What gifts mean to Kamau: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
