I came to teaching late, after working as a bank clerk, and 29 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I bake for the whole street at New Year. Inside it, I never turn anyone away.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Kamau
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the capital, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
What gifts mean to Kamau: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me history in 2025 at Rosewood Primary School. I still remember the time the class pet escaped.

I'm a police officer now and I honestly think it started in your classroom. Greetings from Phoenix.
