For 21 years I ran the swimming program at Machakos Boxing Gym in Machakos. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I sing in a choir.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
What gifts mean to Kamau: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
