Kamal Nasser Benali
Watercolor and glass art artist
- 🇪🇬 Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt
- Old Crescent Pottery
- Since 1999
- English, Arabic
I work mostly in watercolor, sometimes glass art. My first show was in 1999 at Old Crescent Pottery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
Most of my work is inspired by markets and street scenes. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
More about Kamal
I've had 9 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
What gifts mean to Kamal: A gift would go toward materials for my next series.
