Kamal Fadi Ghanem
Painter, potter and teacher at St. Joseph's Pottery
- 🇪🇬 Shubra, Cairo, Egypt
- Since 2007
- English, Arabic
I'm a embroidery artist based in Shubra. I've been making things since 2007 and I still get excited when a new batch of materials arrives.
Most of my work is inspired by markets and street scenes. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Kamal
I've had 8 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.

What gifts mean to Kamal: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
