Mentor in small business and leadership
- 🇮🇳 Kota, Rajasthan, India

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 490 people through Beacon Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
