Kalyani E. Nadar
Volunteer mentor with Hubballi Community Trust
- 🇮🇳 Hubballi, Karnataka, India
- Hubballi Community Trust
- 2009 to 2019
- English, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 200 people through Hubballi Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Kalyani
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Kalyani: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
