Kalyani B. Chavan

Mentor in leadership and law school

🇮🇳 New Delhi, Delhi, India
New Delhi Association
Since 1999
English

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 540 people through New Delhi Association. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

What gifts mean to Kalyani: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
