Kaleb Amanuel Desta

Statistics and special education teacher, Addis Ababa

  • 🇪🇹 Addis Ababa, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
  • Bayview Middle School
  • 1989 to 2017
  • English, Amharic
I came to teaching late, after working as a night-shift cleaner, and 28 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else. Over the years I had 1,680 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

More about Kaleb

If you were in my mixed-ability classes class, you probably remember the time the class pet escaped.
