Kajal M. Shah
Self-taught woodcarving artist
- 🇮🇳 Nagpur, Maharashtra, India
- Fairview Pottery
- 1989 to 2005
- English, Marathi
I work mostly in woodcarving, sometimes glass art. My first show was in 1989 at Fairview Pottery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I also teach a weekly class at Fairview Pottery, which keeps me honest.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
