I coached chess at Seattle Highland Boxing Gym from 2008 to 2016. Most of my players were between 12 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I fix old bicycles.
I'm still learning every day.
