Kai Sun
First-generation students mentor, Boston
- 🇺🇸 Boston, Massachusetts, United States
- Boston Mentoring Circle
- 1984 to 2021

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,960 people through Boston Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
