Kai S. Simmons
Engineering mentor, Augusta
- 🇺🇸 Augusta, Georgia, United States

For 17 years I've mentored people in engineering and nursing. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

What gifts mean to Kai: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
