Kai M. Holmes
Law school mentor, Belfast
- 🇬🇧 Belfast, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom
- Parkside Community Trust
- 2009 to 2025
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 740 people through Parkside Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Kai
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
