Kagiso M. Padayachee
Master of bicycle repair, now teaching apprentices
- 🇿🇦 Soweto, Gauteng, South Africa
- Old Soweto Repairs
- 2001 to 2019
- English
I've worked in bicycle repair from 2001 to 2019. I learned from my grandmother and passed what I could on to 680 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 22 years later for another job.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Kagiso: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
