Helping people break into teaching
- 🇿🇦 Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa
- Lincoln Mentoring Circle
- Since 2013
- English, Afrikaans, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 290 people through Lincoln Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Kagiso
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
