Kabita Parvati Chhetri
Mentor in software and leadership
- 🇳🇵 Kathmandu, Bagmati, Nepal
- Mount Pleasant Youth Network
- Since 2018
- English, Nepali
For eight years I've mentored people in software and leadership. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Kabita
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
