I've volunteered with Holy Cross Food Bank since 1994. I started on a Saturday morning "just to help out" and never left.
I try to remember everyone's name. Small habits keep a team together.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
What gifts mean to Kabita: A gift would go toward supplies for our weekly sessions.
