I taught mathematics and English literature at New Delhi Middle School, New Delhi. I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I ran the reading group after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Jyoti
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the mountains, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
