Jyoti Grewal
Youth cross country coach and mentor
- 🇮🇳 Thane, Maharashtra, India
- Thane Youth Club
- Since 1998
- English, Hindi
For 28 years I've run the cross country program at Thane Youth Club in Thane. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Jyoti
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Jyoti: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.

I still think about the day we all got the giggles in assembly. Best summer of my life. Greetings from Pietermaritzburg.
