I've spent 29 years as a lecturer in modern history at Seoul University in Seoul. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I write a short note to every student at the end of term. It sounds small, but students remember small things.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Jung-ho
Some of my favorite days were field trips that went spectacularly wrong.
What gifts mean to Jung-ho: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
