Jumoke Khadija Zakari
Helping people break into leadership
- 🇳🇬 Awka, Anambra, Nigeria
- Awka Mentoring Circle
- Since 2018
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 390 people through Awka Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Jumoke
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
