Helping people break into farming

For 15 years I've mentored people in farming and nursing. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
What gifts mean to Jumoke: Any gift helps me keep running a free monthly workshop.
