Juliette Sarah Guillaume
First-generation students mentor, Bordeaux
- 🇫🇷 Bordeaux, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, France
- Bordeaux Youth Network
- 2014 to 2025
- French
For eleven years I've mentored people in first-generation students and software. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
More about Juliette
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Juliette: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
