Julieta L. Rangel

Self-taught woodcarving artist

  • 🇲🇽 Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico
  • Baobab Gallery
  • Since 1979
  • Spanish
I work mostly in woodcarving, sometimes printmaking. My first show was in 1979 at Baobab Gallery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog. I also teach a weekly class at Baobab Gallery, which keeps me honest. Thank you for stopping by.

More about Julieta

If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.
