For 20 years I've run the athletics program at Lagos Westbrook Swimming Club in Lagos. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I walk the dog by the river.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Juliet
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Juliet: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
