Juliana Freitas
20 years teaching special education in Salvador
- 🇧🇷 Salvador, Bahia, Brazil
- Salvador Academy
- 1984 to 2021
- Portuguese
I taught special education at Salvador Academy in Salvador from 1984 to 2021. Most days I taught Grade 6, and I never once raised my voice.
I coached the school's athletics team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Juliana
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the capital, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Juliana: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
