Juliana Aline Lima
Chess and fitness coach, Contagem
- 🇧🇷 Contagem, Minas Gerais, Brazil
- Ashford Football Club
- 1989 to 1997
- Portuguese
I coached chess at Ashford Football Club from 1989 to 1997. Most of my players were between 9 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Juliana
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Juliana: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
