Julian Pierce
Youth hockey coach and mentor
- 🇦🇺 Mandurah, Western Australia, Australia
- 1998 to 2008
- English
I coached hockey at Mandurah Community Club from 1998 to 2008. Most of my players were between 11 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
More about Julian
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
