Julian E. Hoffman
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇬🇧 Derry, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom
- Derry Shop
- 2014 to 2024
- English
I've worked in baking from 2014 to 2024. I learned from my mother and passed what I could on to 450 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I watch every football match going.
More about Julian
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Julian: Any gift will help me keep the workshop open for evening lessons.
