Júlia Monteiro

Jazz player and teacher in Vitória da Conquista

I play jazz and traditional drumming. I started in 1987 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness. I carry a notebook everywhere.

More about Júlia

I write my first song when I was 14. It was terrible and I still love it.

What gifts mean to Júlia: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
