Julia Johnston

Teacher at Wollongong Public School, loves special education

🇦🇺 Wollongong, New South Wales, Australia
Wollongong Public School
2015 to 2023
English

I came to teaching late, after working as a clerk, and eight years later I still can't imagine doing anything else. I coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again. Thank you for stopping by.

More about Julia

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

Subjects taught

Special education Computer science Physics

What gifts mean to Julia: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
