Julia F. Russell

First-generation students mentor, Orlando

  • 🇺🇸 Orlando, Florida, United States
  • Orlando Association
  • 1982 to 2018
  • English
For 36 years I've mentored people in first-generation students and design. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites. Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

More about Julia

If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
