For 40 years I have been the special education teacher at Houston Secondary School. I teach Year 9 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I bake for the whole street at New Year. Inside it, I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
