I coached rowing at Boulogne-Billancourt Football Club from 2006 to 2015. Most of my players were between 11 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Jules
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
