Juan F. Legaspi
Master of thatching, now teaching apprentices
- 🇵🇭 Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines
- Mount Pleasant Shop
- Since 2002
- English, Filipino
My trade is thatching. I opened my own shop in 2002 in Manila and I'm still there most mornings.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 25 years later for another job.
What gifts mean to Juan: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
