Mentor in software and leadership

For eleven years I've mentored people in software and leadership. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm learning the guitar.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Józef
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

What gifts mean to Józef: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

I'm a mechanic now. It started with one call with you. Greetings from Spanish Town.
