Joyce Hicks
Mentor in farming and leadership
- 🇨🇦 Calgary, Alberta, Canada
- Calgary Mentoring Circle
- 1986 to 2015
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 670 people through Calgary Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
