For 14 years I was the English literature teacher at Birmingham Public School. I taught Year 9 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I fix old bicycles. Inside it, I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.

You taught me English literature in 2007 at Birmingham Public School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard. Truly.
