I teach physical education at Bakersfield Boys' School in Bakersfield since 1990. Most days I teach Year 10, and I never raise my voice.
Over the years I've had 1,120 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
