I've volunteered with Maple Ridge Mutual Aid from 2012 to 2024. I started on a Saturday morning "just to help out" and never left.
I try to remember everyone's name. Small habits keep a team together.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Joya
If you've ever been helped by one of our sessions, you're the reason we keep going.
What gifts mean to Joya: I'd put a gift toward transport for our volunteers.
