Joya Rima Chowdhury

20 years teaching biology in Khulna

  • 🇧🇩 Khulna, Khulna, Bangladesh
  • Queensway Girls' School
  • 1980 to 2005
  • English
I taught biology and special education at Queensway Girls' School, Khulna. I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it. Over the years I had 680 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

More about Joya

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
