Helping people break into teaching
- 🇧🇩 Savar, Dhaka, Bangladesh
- Savar Youth Network
- Since 2008
- English, Bengali
For 18 years I've mentored people in teaching and writing. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Joya
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
