Joya Ishrat Chowdhury

Computer science teacher at Nagpur Grammar School, Since 1996

For 30 years I have been the computer science teacher at Nagpur Grammar School. I teach first-year students and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. Over the years I've had 630 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

More about Joya

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the capital, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
