I came to teaching late, after working as a bank clerk, and 24 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I ran the gardening club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
